At last - an official correction of Pope Francis

This document is very long - so take time to read it. It lists all Francis's heresies, especially the ones in Amoris Laetitia.

It is signed by prominent Catholic professors worldwide, a bishop, and some well-known priests and deacons. More signatures are being added.

Professor Jose Galat - excommunicated - is on the right path!

88 year old Professor Jose Galat - of Bogota, Colombia - one of the cities I grew up in, has recently been excommunicated by the Colombian bishops conference, for the 'crime' of questioning the resignation of Pope Benedict - and saying that the election of Francis is invalid - due to the violation of the conclave rules. These violations are well known - even Cardinal Daneels - one of the conclave violators has admitted it in his authorised biography.

Professor Galat has also called out the Pope's heretical document "Amoris Laetitia"
- he has pointed out the heresies in it. It's loaded with them.

Professor Galat - I am now going to call him Professor "Galant" - is famous for starting the hugely popular television channel - "TeleAmiga" - watched by millions in South America. The Colombian bishops know this and are terrified of Prof Galant's influence.

I publicly support Professor Galat. I await my excommunication letter!

Please watch this very important documentary - it has an English translator.

Baby milk powder has TOO much aluminium in it - proving breast really is best.

There is too much (indeed - unsafe, so says Professor Exley of Keele  Uni research dept) aluminium in baby milk formula. Breast milk is SO much better and safer on all levels.

Professor Exley has been researching the effects of aluminium on the human body, for the last 30 or so years. He has shown beyond reasonable doubt, the link between aluminium and Alzeimer's disease. Babies are at their most vulnerable - he says he was shocked at the amount of aluminium in the baby milk - it is totally unecessary! So best to not even think of using formula milk.

Pleae click on the link - you can see the levels of aluminium in all the different brands.

Proof of link between breast cancer and deodrants containing aluminium

Professor Chris Exley has spent the last years studying the effects of aluminium on the human body. He has already establised the link between Aluminium and Alzeimer's disease (see the post before this). He has now conclusively shown that aluminium deodrants do cause breast cancer. This is simply because the aluminium salts stop the sweat excreting aluminium - sweating is extremely important and shouldn't be stopped. Sweating is a natural bodily function - there is a reason why we sweat! One is to remove toxins. Can you imagine every day - stopping the toxins escaping - the toxins build up near the breast tissue, which then turn cancerous.

Luckly there are deodrants which don't have aluminium - they tend to be organic but I have found a reasonable one by a Japanese company which actually works really well at stopping odours. It is called Bionsen.

Here is a link to the professor's article.

Aluminium link to Alzeimers is proved by Professor Exley

The link between Aluminium and Alzeimers is now beyond a doubt - Professor Christopher Exley has spent the last 30 years researching this subject at Keele University. He had access to brains, where he saw large levels of Aluminium in people who died of Alzeimers. Google Christsopher Exley on utube and many of his lectures and talks prove this.

But the good news is that we can flush out the aluminium from our bodies, by simply drinking a litre of silica-rich water, per day. He says for best results, try and drink this water within one hour.

There are 3 main brands - Volvic water is the cheapest - and according to Professor Exley - it has enough silica to flush out the toxins.

Fiji is the other brand - pricey but this one has the most silica of any water.

The other brand is quite new and can only be bought from silicawaters.com
As pricey as Fiji but discounts for large orders.

Other measures - if you can avoid cooking foil - avoid it. You can get deodrants which don't contain aluminium.

Professor Exley is very good at answering emails if you want to ask him questions - it is -

Very good documentary on cancer, and why chemotherapy is controversial

This is the first episode of many. A very interesting documentary on cancer and why chemotherapy can be dangerous. Unfortunately the big pharmaceutical companies are bed-partners with the health providers. This episode shows how natural methods are curing cancer with incredible success.

The beauty that is the bread machine!

The Our Father has the following - "Give us this day our daily bread..........." Clearly bread is one of the most important foods we eat.

Amidst all the ghastliness which is shattering the Catholic Church - which frankly depresses me to the pits of my stomach. And I am NOT going to write about that now - you will sigh with relief! To lift me out of this depression I have started making bread. It started with soda bread, which takes 40 minutes from start to finish. You can vary it by adding all manner of seeds, herbs, spices - apple puree - you name it - it is incredibly versatile and good for you. I buy organic flours etc, which are not that expensive.

One of the best items I have purchased recently was a Lakeland compact bread maker. It is very small and fits neatly on the worktop. It only makes a small loaf at a time, but as there are no additives, the bread doesn't keep unlike commercial bread, so a small loaf is just right if you make one every other day or so. My breadmaker can be set to come on in the early hours, so we have hot bread ready for breakfast. It is the best 60 pounds I have spent.

You can vary the recipes too - let your imagination run riot - never was bread so exciting!

You can make pizza dough and bread rolls - there is also a cake programme. There is a super fast programme - which I think is as good as the 3.5 hour one.

Here is a spelt loaf with caraway seeds - it was made on the super fast programme.

Oh dear - I can't resist the old cliche´ - the bread machine is the best thing since sliced bread! Sorry.

Meringues using non-refined sugars

Before I got married nearly 32 years ago - I trained as a cook at what is now Cornwall College, formerly St Austell College of FE. It was a classical Cordon Bleu training - which would nowadays be deemed rather dated and quaint. However, it was a superb course (especially in time-keeping and maths) and my favourite element was the Patisserie element, i.e - cakes, puddings and all things sweet! I learnt how to make meringues, which of course use copious amounts of fine refined caster sugar.

At the moment I am doing an advanced diploma in nutrition - and this has opened my eyes to all the 'new' foods around - trendy seeds, Quinoa (hubby hates it!), Chia seeds and the rest! It is quite a journey of experimental cooking! Some successes and disasters of course.

But as my passion is still all things sweet - I have been making traditonal puddings and cakes using alternative sugars and definitely not artificial sweeteners, which are potentially very dangerous in the long term - some studies are linking aspartame and saccharine to cancer. Refined sugar causes premature ageing as it attacks our collagen. No need to mention the other bad thing about sugar - it has fuelled the obesity epidemic - leading to Type-2 Diabetes. So I have put all my refined sugars in our "famine" cupboard - for any emergency type events. I am hoping to publish a recipe book which is just for puddings and cakes, using better alternatives to refined granulated/caster sugar. It is a work in progress.

I have tried 3 different meringues so far:

The first one was a success. I made apple snow and made the meringue topping using Xylitol instead of sugar. Xylitol is a natural product of the Finnish birch trees - it actually has the recommendation of dentists, as it fights tooth decay. Children in Nordic countries are given a xylitol mint after lunch to fight any decay.

This meringue topping was tasty and soft, but you can't make 'hard' meringue out of Xylitol.

The next meringue was disastrous. Luckily I only experiment on family members. This meringue was made with Erythritol. The meringues went nice and crisp and looked like normal meringues, but the taste was salty and sour-like. They were binned.

The next one was made with coconut sugar - which looks like brown sugar. While I was mixing in the sugar, it collapsed into a wet heap of syrup. I put it into a cake tin and baked it like a cake. It turned out like a biscuit so that is a no no. Again I had immediate family membersd here for a lunch gathering - to be guinea pigs.

I havent tried Stevia yet, but I think that has a rather sharp taste, so probably a no no.

The next one will be with unrefined demerara sugar, but I will use less of it than usual. Molasses is another possibility.

Here is the baptism cake I made for my niece Audrey. I used Xylitol and pure Maple syrup. It worked very well.

Father Michael Clifton RIP

It is with great sadness that on Thursday 23rd February - the former archivist to Southwark diocese - Fr Michael Clifton - died - peacefully at Holy Cross Priory, East Sussex.

A good friend of mine informed me that he was with 2 priests at the time.

He was 81.

I had the priviledge of providing an article for Catholic Life - when I interviewed Father - it was in the last ever issue of the publication. He told me a very interesting thing - he said if Pope Francis allows Holy Communion to people in 2nd unions without annulments, it would make the Pope a heretic!

He was a great fount of knowledge on many topics - including the priest hidey hole at Scotney Castle - Lamberhurst. He had a superb knowledge about trains and train lines. But he had a great love for the  Old Latin Mass - his sermons were doctrinally spot on - not too long or short - but sermons even my 10 year old "got".

May he Rest in Peace.

This photo was taken at Father's 80th birthday lunch.

Romans in revolt against the Pope?

This poster has appeared all over Rome overnight.

Look at veteran Mark Lambert's blog.

We live in unprecedented times - never - to my knowledge at least, has anything like this happened in the history of the Catholic Church. I mean - the Borgia popes were a disgrace, but I don't believe they had to endure posters like this. It seems - that the Romans are in open revolt against this papacy.

Interesting times.

Interview of Louie Verricchio on the current nightmare in the Catholic Church

This is an excellent talk by Louie Verricchio on the current shambles in Holy Mother Church. I agree with everything he says.
